15 Killer Tips To Apply for Google Adsense

GoogleAdsense

Google adsense is a way of making online income by passive means. There are a number of steps you need to take before starting to make money by Google adsense. There are a number of people all over the world who have been making billions of dollars by Google adsense. But even though making money is an easy process, you need to keep some important points in your mind. Let us see what those points are. Here we are discussing the most important ways of applying for Google adsense.

1) Privacy policy:

This is the first and foremost thing that you have to keep in mind while applying for Google adsense. Many bloggers neglect this and as a result, their application for Google adsense gets rejected. Some people say that there is no need to have a privacy policy for Google adsense, but it is absolutely nonsense. It is a way of describing the readers of your blog what they are actually going to read in your blog. It also has a list of do’s and don’ts with the blog and without a privacy policy, a blog are not at all a blog. So don’t forget to have a privacy policy to your blog.

2) About page:

This page describes what your blog is about. This page has nothing to do if you are creating a blog without having any intention of applying for Google adsense, but if you want to apply for Google adsense, you should have this page at the beginning of the blog. Any blog without this page will be rejected immediately by the adsense. This page helps you to establish a healthy relationship with the readers of your blog.

3) Contact us page:

This page has your contact details, such as your email address, website address, phone number, postal address etc. this is very important because every reader will be having his own opinion about the blog and would be very eager to share them with you. You should provide space for his comments in the blog. Some of the contents in your blog might not be proper and the reader might not like those contents. You can’t believe that you are the best in the world and that everything that you have written is right. This page helps the readers to tell you about your mistakes.

4) Name and email verification:

This is very important because the Google adsense team will contact you to confirm that someone who is contacting them is not a spam one. So make sure that your contact details are visible clearly at the beginning of the blog, say in the ‘about us’ page. As soon as you get a mail from the Google adsense team, reply to that mail to confirm your address. As soon as you confirm your email address, you will get your proposal for Google adsense accepted.

5) Age verification:

While applying for Google adsense, keep one thing in mind. That is this is only for the people who are above 18. But there is no system which detects your age by any means. So while applying for adsense, make sure that you are entering your age accurately. There are cases where the applications of many people have been rejected in the past just for the simple reason that they were below 18. Even if you are below 18, don’t disclose that you are minor!

6) Minimum number of posts in your blog:

This is a very difficult question to answer because there is no absolute answer for this question. There are cases where people who have posted more than 400 posts in their blog but still got their application for Google adsense rejected, but on the other hand, there are some other people who are earning a lot of money with just 40-50 posts in their blog. So rather than the quantity, quality of your blog posts is important for getting your application accepted.

7) Design of the blog:

This is very important to attract the readers to your blog. Always make your blog attractive with colorful and eye catching pictures and videos. It is said that a picture is equivalent to thousand words and a video is equivalent to thousand still pictures. Hence upload wonderful pictures and videos of relevant content to your blog. That increases the number of unique visitors to your blog and consequently increases the chances of your Google adsense application getting accepted.

8) Type of the content you post:

This is another important thing you have to keep in mind. Remember by posting illegal, sex oriented, adult content and drug related posts, you may increase the number of visitors to your blog, but Google adsense is not meant for such blogs. Your blog needs to be of some useful content to everyone. Posits related to science and technology, business, commerce, economy, mathematics and other related issues help everyone. People like students, businessmen, bankers etc get a lot of benefits from such posts and you will increase the chances of your Google adsense application getting accepted.

9) Providing value to your blog:

Never ever state that you are blogging with the sole purpose of making money. That is not a good sign. Never ever complain that you aren’t making enough money by your blog. You need to wait for a long time to start earning a steady income. So be patient and never think of money, or at least don’t show up that you are thinking about money! Money comes automatically if you go on improving the quality of your posts day by day.

10) Choose the best domain for your blog:

This is another important thing that you have to keep in your mind. In earlier days, adsense team was approving any blog in the domain wordpress.com, but today the situation has completely changed. Today you should have your own domain which specifies your blog. Without having your own unique domain, you can’t even dream of getting your adsense application getting approved. The age of domains is also very important, because adsense team doesn’t accept any application until the particular blog domain is six months or older.

11) Different Ad networks:

There are a large number of Ad networks which you can use for increasing traffic to your blog. Choosing the right type of Ad network is very important. Do some online investigation work to know which Ad network is the best one. Some of your friends or other adsense experts may help you in this regard. Consult them and use the best Ad network for promoting your blog. But before applying for Google adsense in such blogs, it is better to remove all the ads that are there in that blog.

12) Paid traffic:

If you are having sites which are getting paid traffic, the chances of your application getting rejected are more, because Google hates such sites. Adsense people also penalizes such sites. So better to avoid paid traffic to your site if you want to earn from Google adsense. You can get traffic from other means also, say from search engines etc.

13) SEO your blog:

Search Engine Optimization, shortly called as SEO, is a technique of optimizing your blog or website in such a way that it attracts more and more people. There are two options for achieving it. Either you can do it by yourself or ask some SEO experts. There are many SEO experts who do this for bloggers. They have been working in this field for many years and know very well how to deal with such matters. They know the heartbeat of readers very well and give you important tips about how to optimize your site for earning more income.

14) Ensure that you are getting good traffic to your blog: Getting good traffic to the blog is very important before applying for Google adsense. Earlier they didn’t place so many restrictions, because the number of people applying for adsense were very less, but today as the number of people applying for Google adsense is increasing, they have placed more restrictions on blogs. Unless your blog gets at least a 100 new visitors every day, your application will not be accepted.

15) Patience:

Finally, remember that Google adsense will not earn you millions of dollars overnight and you need to be patient. It is true that there are people who are earning over several million dollars every month by Google adsense alone, but that needs a lot of tricks, skills and experience. You need wait for at least a year or two before earning such a huge income. But the problem with most of the people is that they don’t have patience to wait and they give up their efforts after a few weeks of painstaking efforts. Only those who continue to work hard will start to earn huge income.

So by keep these things in your mind and follow them accurately while applying for Google adsense. Remember that there is always a second time and even if your application is rejected once or twice, see where you have made mistakes, rectify them and try again. Best of luck!

So I think that no one probably knows the perfect formula to get approved by Google Adsense.
    Cheers :)
