Yes,you are right we should check whether the link they are giving is do-follow or no-follow but I have seen many bloggers who remove the link after some period of time,that’ not good for us.What you say on this ?
I sugget to make a black list of such bloggers! I have also faced such situations when my links are removed without even noticing. They “steal” the content guest bloggers provide.
Yes there are some bloggers but they are losing their own trust in the market.
